the room was clean and had a nice view. amenities are great. the bed was comfortable..
the bathroom door was made of frosted glass and didn't provide much privacy. all sounds from the bathroom were audible in the bedroom. light from the bathroom filled into the bedroom.

The complimentary tea and coffee were very convenient. The hotel is within walking distance of many city landmarks, shopping areas, and restaurants.
The staff, they were unfriendly and impersonal. They didn't greet you as you arrived back to the hotel nor say bye on the way out. They didn't smile or ask how your day had been. There was no personal interaction at all. We asked a few questions about the northern lights and lagoons and whilst our basic question was answered they didn't offer any extra information and didn't seem to care either way about their guests. A real let down. Also the waiter at breakfast was transferring some food over to new dishes at the buffet with his bare hands. If you want nice friendly personal helpful interactions with staff this is not the hotel for you!

The front desk staff provided a warm welcome. The room was clean. I found all the needed amenities . The bedding felt top notch.
Noise isolation was somewhat lacking, as sounds from the hallway were noticeable.

The hotel's location is very convenient. Tour buses picked up and dropped off passengers right outside. This setup made excursions hassle-free. I also found the proximity to key attractions quite advantageous.

the room was nice and well appointed. free parking was a huge plus for me. i found it convenient to the main shopping street. its location, though at the opposite end to harbor area, proved useful.
the noise isolation was poor. i was woken up by staff who were hoovering the hallways. they were talking in the corridors, as well.
