central location, some disappointments

The noise levels were higher than i anticipated. i could hear a lot of street noise late into the night. It made it difficult to fall asleep. the breakfast service felt a bit rushed, it seemed crowded. the staff did not refill items quickly enough. It created a bit of a scramble.
