the hotel has a beautiful, cozy reception area. drinks in the restaurant were great. it is a short walk from the center (about 10-15 minutes) and a quick drive to the lighthouse (should you wish to see the northern lights). the staff were super accommodating and lovely, and the rooms and showers were nice and comfy.
the breakfast setup seemed disorganized. there were too many people waiting for hot drinks.

the breakfast included good choices (especially the croissants for very early starts). drinks in the restaurant were great, with accommodating staff available for service. i liked the option for coffee and croissants before breakfast.

reception staff were friendly and cute, and i didn't want to leave. the staff provided good service. they upgraded my room to include spa access (a real treat). staff were very helpful.

the hotel is near bus stop 15 (very handy for tours). the lounge area was comfortable, and the spa was a perfect addition. the hotel is also near the coast, so you can walk along the promenade.

The breakfast experience disappointed me the scrambled eggs were not good and the hard-boiled eggs were overcooked and green.

the staff provided really good assistance. they helped with directions and local recommendations. the breakfast had a wide array of choices and the food tasted fresh! there was a great restaurant downstairs, though its convenient, i wish they had more local food.
The room i had was a bit too warm. It was hard to adjust the temperature!
