The location was quite central. A bus stop for tours was very close.

The room was unsatisfactory. There were hardly any lights. Just small reading lights. The bathroom lights were also limited. I had to ask staff for a desk lamp, but that did not help much.

Breakfast started at 7am, convenient for early tours.

The room was NOT cleaned once . I was told about a green policy and chose cleaning every second day. It NEVER happened. Bins were not emptied.

The location is great!!! bus stop #9 is right outside. Tours pick up there!!! staff at the front desk were helpful with questions i had. the breakfast was good. Fresh and wonderful!!! the staff was on top of clearing dishes too!!!

The location was convenient, right in the heart of everything. tour buses picked up passengers just outside, so convenient! the included breakfast was a total standout. I savored every bite and the variety was superb.

I found the hairdryer a bit strange. You had to constantly hold the button down to keep it working, kind of a hassle.

the hotel is next to bus stop 9, convenient for sightseeing and airport transfers. many restaurants are close by, all within walking distance. the front desk staff was excellent.

the breakfast area was busy. finding plates and bowls was challenging at times, especially during peak hours.

The hotel location is super good. the staff were very helpful. they provided a croissant and coffee for a 4 am check out. It was a very nice gesture.

our room looked into the windows of a neighboring guesthouse. it also looked down upon garbage containers that were spilling over with garbage.

The hotel was in a great location. Really great. it is very clean and the staff is attentive. this hotel is excellent for walking, restaurants, shopping and starting day trips with easy access to public transportation.
