this hotel are positioned so close to all them fine restaurants, I can walk to the church pretty quickly. bus stop 1 and 3 are very close for them tour, it is great. my room were excellent and clean. also a bakery nearby sells breakfast that is very good.
i arrived at the hotel, I think welcome are not good! no one helped me with my bags, even after travelling for 37 hours. i never saw anyone outside the reception. after, I had to take the luggage to the room. the hotel are bare and uninviting. it are a lovely building but the decor are bare and bleak. the room were big, but decorated cheaply with the thinnest black blowout curtains and cheap cushions.

the front desk staff was cute and answered all questions. they checked if my room was available early, which it was. the entire hotel was super clean and smelled nice. i found this hotel in the center of everything.
I did not like the shower. It was dangerous. it was impossible to get into and also hard to operate the small button that controlled the water, requiring considerable force to push.

The front desk personnel, Daniel and Claudia, were helpful. The room I had was spacious and very comfortable. Tony at the front desk assisted me with my bags to bus stop #3. I appreciate this hotel is located near bus stops 1 & 3.
I noticed no one helped with bags upon arrival. I was informed that the weather delayed our plane. I never saw anyone outside of the small reception desk . We had to take our luggage to our room.

The room provided two separate sinks. A rainfall shower was also included. The provided blackout curtains worked well, effectively blocking out all light. A wide variety of complimentary toiletries were available in the bathroom.
