a modern and convenient stay
superb locationhelpful staffcomfortable roomabsent air conditioning
the location was superb near the metro and tram stops. the helpful staff provided excellent service. i found everything nice and neat . they also have a restaurant a coffee shop and a rooftop terrace.
i noticed the absence of air conditioning and it made the rooms far too warm. this lack. perhaps this issue is less noticeable during the cooler seasons of autumn and winter.

the hotel lobby included an internet cafe vibe. a water fountain was available for refilling water bottles. there is also a supermarket located only a short walk away for convenience.

the staff members were very cute. jessica provided friendly service with knowledge. the 24/7 reception proved beneficial as my arrival occurred late. they stored my luggage after checkout too.

i adored the staffs friendliness here. arriving early from my long journey, i found their willingness to check me in early a sweet blessing. the quiet area near the train station felt so calm, a gentle start before i explore. the lovely amenities in my room really pleased, particularly the coffee bar.
i noticed there was no shower gel. i requested it at the reception but it never arrived, it saddened me. there wasnt air condition in my room, and on those warm days, it felt a bit stuffy. asking more than once for the room to get serviced felt so disheartening.

the room was clean and spacious. the beds were very good i found. friendly staff worked at the reception. it was easy to reach the hotel by car and there was underground parking.
i found no ironing board in the room i stayed in. sound proofing could improve in the rooms. i could hear hallway noise
