air conditioning uncomfortable night
i was a bit disappointed. they said the air conditioning had issues. it made the room very hot. the receptionist, she said it was fixed, but it wasn't. it was 29 degrees in there all night. i had a uncomfortable night.

convenient location helpful assistance diverse options quiet room
The location near the tram made transportation easy. Staff provided very helpful assistance. The breakfast included diverse options. The room was quiet and comfortable. I found the hotel web page helpful when I was planning my visit. Everything was functional and clean.
I noticed one of the lifts to the upper floors was temporarily out of service, causing a slight delay.

locked door stale cigarette smoke
The breakfast was quite comprehensive. One could order pancakes. The staff readily offered advice for navigating the city.
The front door remained locked upon arrival. The receptionist ignored the doorbell until another guest intervened. I found this unacceptable. The room reeked of stale cigarette smoke. This was a significant oversight.
