"Hotel is clean, helpful staff, with the best location to explore Amsterdam by foot or by public transportation, nice size rooms and elevator, it is nice that they offer complimentary coffee or tea 24 hrs, train station is about 5 minutes walking, even though it is in the middle of everything at night in the room you can hardly hear anything"

i really liked the location, it was perfect so central. the staff were helpful and friendly too. they arranged an early check-in and let us leave our luggage after i checked out as my flight was later in the day. the canal view room was quite FABULOUS.

the bathroom did smell a little because it had no window and open air to it.

Acceptable stay, some issues

The room I stayed in was really quite small. It might be a problem if you have lots of luggage. I also found the location to be a bit seedy. The hotel is right on the edge of the Red Light District and the streets weren't very clean. Not the best value overall I think.

the location was central, i was able to easily get around. the staff were friendly and helpful . the room i had was clean.

The room was smaller than i expected. It felt a little cramped. some of the decorations seemed a bit dated.
