the room was clean (i really appreciate that). fresh towels arrived every day.

central gem, great location and friendly service

perfect location spacious room friendly staff relaxing environment

The location was indeed perfect! It was near canals, restaurants, and Central Station. I found the room quite spacious and nice. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful to me. i REALLY appreciated how quiet and relaxing it was, despite being on a busy street.

the room was a bit small, but it didn't bother me too much because i was mostly out exploring.

The staff demonstrated wonderfully kind service and offered helpful assistance throughout my stay. They were always ready with a smile and seemed willing to help with anything I needed, it was lovely. Their attentiveness.

excellent location clean room small room narrow corridor

the location is excellent. it is walking distance from the station! the room was adequate for two people. it was clean.

the rooms are quite small. that might be a consideration for more space! due to the building's age, the corridors are narrow. navigating them took some extra effort.

perfect location friendly staff clean room great value

The location was perfect, a short walk from the central station. the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. i appreciated the clean and well kept room. It had all the necessary amenities. the hotel offered great value for money, especially considering its prime location.

the corridors were a bit narrow , , made navigating with luggage slightly difficult.

early check-in canal view

i really liked the location, it was perfect so central. the staff were helpful and friendly too. they arranged an early check-in and let us leave our luggage after i checked out as my flight was later in the day. the canal view room was quite FABULOUS.

the bathroom did smell a little because it had no window and open air to it.

Acceptable stay, some issues

small room seedy location

The room I stayed in was really quite small. It might be a problem if you have lots of luggage. I also found the location to be a bit seedy. The hotel is right on the edge of the Red Light District and the streets weren't very clean. Not the best value overall I think.

the location was central, i was able to easily get around. the staff were friendly and helpful . the room i had was clean.

The room was smaller than i expected. It felt a little cramped. some of the decorations seemed a bit dated. the elevator was out of service, i had to use the stairs.
