bathroom door lack of privacy
the location was acceptable, just steps from many attractions.
The room was like a cramped sardine can. there was a gap in the bathroom door. Every sound was crystal clear. they said all rooms had a gap somewhere. I guess i had to deal with that lack of privacy.

great central stay!
wide selection friendly staff
The breakfast buffet included a wide selection of items and i found the staff very friendly and helpful. The bike rental across the road was really useful. also, i found free coffee and flavored water in the lobby, it was nice to have these amenities readily available.
i noticed there was no preferential car park rate! though the location was excellent. other hotels do have this.

the hotel features a lounge area in the lobby with complimentary tea, coffee, and snacks, that's a nice touch to relax! the hotel also provides games to use.

The breakfast options included many choices, and i found the staff always happy to assist during breakfast hours. i also appreciated the great coffee offered during breakfast. It was a perfect way to start the day.

The rooms had coffee facilities, helpful. the rooms were compact, but workable and included acrylic chairs. the bedding and linens were great too. I slept well.

clean room convenient location poor soundproofing cramped layout
the location is close to the train station and the city center. the room was good and clean (i liked the street view from my room).
the room layout felt very cramped. soundproofing was poor, i could hear street noise clearly even on the upper floor (it was a bit disturbing at night).

The hotel has a great location and the staff are very helpful. Check-in was easy! the rooms are nice and neat with needed amenities. the facilities appear well-kept. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged.
the room was okay but didn't have a fridge? the shower room has frosted glass, but is see-through so you can see everything! the shower and toilet seemed a bit dated

The room included fresh towels and a coffee machine. I did not use it. the room offers adequate space for belongings! there is also a layout of the room with a main street view. The cleanliness was excellent.

The breakfast included many cold items, coffee and juice. the breakfast food was good and they also have dining options? the hotel provides free coffee, tea, and infused water 24/7. Sometimes there were pastries too.

The staff were friendly and helpful offering great tips on restaurants and sights. the front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful, i am grateful for their service. Check-in was smooth.
