The free airport shuttle was very convenient. the staff was also super nice and cute, i really appreciated that. i enjoyed the gym and the pool. It's so relaxing there. also, they accommodated us with complementary beers. It was so kind of them.
The cleaning wasn't superb. The rooms were a bit dusty.

this hotel is near the airport, a great plus for travelers. a free bus shuttle goes back and forth to the airport regularly. it is easy to use the shuttle to get back and forth from the airport.

everyone was very helpful and accommodating, i especially appreciate it. the staff did an excellent job, very professional. delays checking in resulted in an unsolicited voucher for a drink and huge apologies.

The gym was pretty disappointing. it only had a few old machines. the skybar wasn't open either. It was closed for some reason!!!

I appreciated the free shuttle service to the airport. It ran frequently. The staff was friendly and efficient at check-in. The garden with the 747-400 aircraft was a cool feature. i found the hotel amenities centrally accessible from the lobby.

i loved this hotel. the convenient shuttle runs every half-hour. they have a boeing 747-400 right outside, which i loved to take pictures of. our room had a amazing view of the aeroplane. also, we got complimentary drinks because our room wasn't ready, it was a great touch.
the cinema and wellness area felt little old and require a design change, i think.
