EXCELLENT Stay!

modern roomconvenient tramroom damages

The room felt spacious and MODERN. A VERY nice bathroom added to the comfort. I found the tram stop located right outside the hotel convenient and parking at the hotel was a HUGE PLUS.

I found several damages in the room, like scratches on the wall. Windows were sealed with tape. This bothered me a LITTLE.

The hotel offers a DECENT breakfast. The selection of items was very good and the price reasonable. There are also several grocery stores LOCATED within walking distance of the hotel.

The hotel is not in the city center, BUT it is within 15 minutes of the city center via tram. TRAM 2 departs directly from the hotel doorstep, a GREAT convenience.

The hotel provides parking directly at the hotel, not in partnership with another facility. The hotel has vending machines with juice, crisps, chocolate, and another for teas and coffee. The check-in process was seamless AND straightforward.

I found the staff friendly and helpful DURING my stay. The automated check-in system was very easy to use, saving ME TIME. They were ALWAYS on hand to assist with requests.

the bed was a bit too firm for my liking.
