a tranquil haven

spacious room daily-refilled water nespresso machine

i found the king room spacious , with a large tv and daily-refilled water bottles. a nespresso machine with capsules and an electric kettle were also available. the bathroom provided ample space , it was very nice. the room's cleanliness and brightness, combined with effective dark shades, ensured restful sleep.

i noticed that the hotel room hallways felt quite dark.

The breakfast was acceptable. It had a good variety of options each morning.

The room service was a real letdown. I ordered a pizza, waited thirty minutes, then they told me it wasn't available, forcing me to reorder and wait longer, it was annoying

The room had daily housekeeping service. The location was quiet, yet close to city transportation. It was convenient. The staff were very professional. The hotel included a well-equipped gym, it covered all essential equipment for a good workout.

Excellent Stay near Weesperplein

The hotel is a short walk from Weesperplein Subway Station. This made accessing the city center very easy. I found a laundry facility just five minutes away from the hotel. The availability of the laundry was very convenient (I had a good time doing my laundry). I was grateful for the easy access to transportation and nearby services.

The minibar was not stocked with snacks.

The front desk staff, including Jane and Gabriella, were friendly. They were cute upon arrival and departure. The staff in the Regency Club provided attentive service during breakfast and happy hours.

I had access to the Regency Club Lounge. The lounge was open from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm, every day. The lobby restaurant offered breakfast every morning from 6:30 am to 10:30 am.

the location suited my needs. it was near a metro stop. the room had high quality bedding and a very comfortable bed.

the advertised 24-hour room service was unavailable at 12:10. there was not a single item in the mini bar.

Average stay. Some issues noted

dirty mirror distant location

The room wasn't as clean as i expected. There were splashes on the mirror and the floor tiles weren't properly cleaned. also, i found that the location was not ideal because it was quite far from the city center. the view from the room wasn't great either. Half of it looked out onto a wall and the other half was a small, covered riverbank.
