the room was the 'twin room canal view' and offered such tranquility. breakfast was like a special occasion in the sunny room with the canal view i savored good coffee and pastries. the location was perfect near shops and the anne frank house

The hotel's location was excellent. It provided easy access to the city center and numerous dining options. The breakfast offered a good start to each day, with fresh selections and attentive service.

I found the staircase quite steep. This made it a bit difficult to manage luggage upon arrival and departure.

the stairs were steep i struggled getting my luggage up a suitcase almost pulled my nephew down the steps some said there was mold in their showers sleeping was very hot i saw a mouse the receptionist was not surprised

The hotel has a super central location. i loved the little balcony with a canal view in my room. It was beautiful! the breakfast was pretty good too, and i really appreciated the free coffee.

the stairs were very steep! it was tricky to carry my luggage up. the room lacked air conditioning. the fan in the room was super dusty.
