the location was really good. it was away from the crowds, yet close to downtown. the staff were so helpful and friendly! they were happy to do anything i needed. the room was super clean and contained lots of facilities and storage space and a reclining bed!!!

My room was small, really small. it had no tea and coffee making facilities. That was a bit upsetting. also, the fan wasn't working and no window was available in my room.

noisy bedlack of fresh air

I found it hard to sleep because the bed made noise with every movement. the shower and toilet was like small cells within the room. There was no toilet brush. i wish the room had a way to get some fresh air, like a window that opens. it felt overpriced for what i experienced.

check in was easy and check out was easy. the room had really nice lights. the bed was very comfortable. i found two shower options in the clean room and the television provided channels in english.
