the hotel provided convenient access to public transportation. the metro station was very close. the room was clean, a feature i always appreciate.

the room i stayed in felt quite small. there was also no phone in the room, so contacting reception required using online chat. unfortunately, i never received a response through the chat, a bit frustrating.
