I found the location really convenient. The train station is a quick walk away. plus, i enjoyed the smart tv in my room. It had a nice selection of channels. it was easy to unwind after a long day.
Housekeeping entered my room without knocking. It was a bit unsettling. i think they could improve their process to avoid this in the future.

The superior queen room was spacious. It featured nice decor. i really loved the views overlooking the water. It was beautiful at night. the beds were so comfortable, i slept soundly.

The hotel has a restaurant and bar, so i never had to go far for a meal or drink. i appreciated the luggage service. I didn't need to drag my bags around town. the service had no time limit.

Check-in and check-out were very efficient. My room was quiet. The hotel assigned me a high floor. From there I had an very nice view of the water.. Breakfast had great options. The shower did not flood the entire bathroom. That was much appreciated.
I did find it inconvenient that the hotel lacked readily available bottle openers. I had to go to the bar. They asked that I bring it back quickly. This policy seemed strange for hotel guests.

I appreciated the central location I walked to all the best attractions. The hotel room provided ample space. I also found the quick check in helpful.
The air conditioning did not work well in the room it felt hot. Our room was also not ready at 4 PM when we arrived.
