Excellent Stay!

huge selection cozy lounge restaurant reservation

The breakfast had a huge selection and was first class. Tea and coffee were available in the lounge all day with tempting biscuits and cakes. The staff helped with restaurant reservations and car services.

The gym had a treadmill that was out of service plus the gym felt small and crammed.

The location is fantastic it is on a quiet side street close to restaurants and shopping so it makes it easy to explore the area and find places to eat and buy things you need.

I found the staff quite friendly and cute! The coffee machine and treats in the reception area were a really nice touch. I was able to leave my luggage with reception on checkout day. They held it for me with no issues.

The location was perfect. I walked everywhere! It is in the city center. Public transport is also close by, I saw a lot of buses and trams. Watch out for the cars and bicycles.

The hotel location is excellent. A canal view from the Beautiful Double or Twin Room Canal View was also beautiful. I found the staff pleasant and helpful. They provided recommendations for local restaurants and attractions.

The breakfast setup felt chaotic. The space was cramped and a reservation was necessary. I found the coffee machine access difficult due to queues.

i found free drinks in the lobby. the front desk staff was helpful. the location was great! and the bathroom and the bed were very comfortable. the hotel has two adorable cats that guests can pet in the public areas, which i loved.

the hallways felt too warm. though the lighting was beautiful! i wish it had been a bit cooler.
