Fantastic Central Stay
convenient location chocolate amenity champagne amenity hot cocoa
The location was very convenient. It was a short walk to the central train station, popular sights, and shops. The staff sent champagne and chocolates to my room after i mentioned my honeymoon at check-in (a really nice touch!). The hotel provided a hot cocoa bar for the winter season with many topping choices.
The duvet was the only blanket option in my room.

My premium king room included very comfortable, clean spaces. It also offered great amenities (i really liked the comfy bed!).

The room was large and the bed was comfortable (I slept like a log).
I faced some issues . The fire alarm went off one morning. It was a false alarm. I did not receive any apologies from the hotel for this experience. I expected better service.

the staff showed sincerity and warmth. their hospitality had a personal touch. the excellent housekeeping team kept the rooms impeccably clean. everything felt fresh.

organized process great location mini options
The hotel breakfast was AMAZING!!! It had mini options and was well-organized. The location was great. I could walk to everything. The process from checking in to checking out was very organized.

Decent Stay with Some Minor Issues
helpful staff complimentary beverages blackout curtains missing fan worn carpet train noise
The staff at the entrance helped with our luggage upon arrival. The room had a mini fridge stocked with complimentary beverages. I found that thoughtful. The blackout curtains worked well, ensuring a dark room for sleeping.
The bathroom lacked a fan, causing moisture to linger after showers. I noticed the hallway carpets showed some wear and tear. The noise from nearby trains was noticeable at night. It disrupted my sleep.

helpful staff new bikes room cleaning missing towel
the staff were helpful. new bikes existed to use.
the room did NOT get cleaned before 4pm any day , and on the first day my wife's hair towel disappeared with the towels and NEVER reappeared. are the signs in the bathroom just some green washing?
