the room was clean. the staff were helpful and friendly (that is always welcome). the swimming pool was also quite good.
i found the room to be quite dark, especially near the cupboard area. i also noticed the area surrounding the hotel had quite a bit of rubbish, not very nice.

Wonderful Stay and Excellent Amenities

I found the swimming pool very clean. It was also well-heated. The inside pool was large enough for a bit of a swim. I also enjoyed the interesting view from my room. The bubble bath kept my wife happy.
The walk from the tram stop to the hotel was not very pleasant. It felt uneasy and very much like a building site. This made arriving and departing a bit stressful.

The room was spacious and tidy. I found the beds to be really comfortable. Communal areas throughout the hotel were kept very clean and well maintained, which I valued a lot.

the room was super stylish and it had a really nice feel. the views from the balcony were beautiful, especially in the evening. it was such a nice spot to unwind together. having our own sauna and whirlpool in the room.
the room service didn't clean the room and only changed beds. there was trash infront of our room that we didn't throw. they did not change the towels and they didn't throw the tissues or empty cans. the bed IS NOT comfortable at all.

excellent stay with spa

my room was upgraded to the spa room. the hot tub by the window on the eighth floor provided amazing night views. soaking in the tub with drinks from the bar was a highlight. the bed was comfortable and provided one the best sleeps i had.
The sun made it difficult to sleep. The room was too bright. there were no slippers for the bathroom, so i had to wear my shoes. the vanity lacked a mirror and the bathroom sink had no mirror either.

Staff helped with directions to the tram. It is a few minutes from the main part of the city. the staff at reception were lovely and helpful. the breakfast staff was helpful, and everyone seemed happy.
