a decent stay
central location good breakfast corridor noise door gap
the hotel has a central location. it is within walking distance to dam square. the breakfast was good and offered a variety of choices.
the noise from the corridor was disruptive. a gap existed under the door, so i heard conversations and staff using the stairs. i was unable to sleep well throughout the night.

adequate stay with some issues
the hotel location was certainly convenient for getting around the city.
Housekeeping failed to service my room until late in the afternoon one day. I had to decline the service since i was getting ready to leave and someone later offered towels, but the room itself was never cleaned properly.

a dreamy stay!
premium room fresh pastries
Our premium double room was a dream. The size allowed us both plenty of space. the breakfast buffet included so many tasty items. I especially loved the fresh pastries. i appreciate the central location as well, it gave us access to everywhere we wanted to go.
The room lacked natural light, feel a bit dark during the day. A brighter lighting system would make a difference.

The premium double room had a very spacious layout. It allowed plenty of space for luggage and movement. the bed offered comfort, and the room came equipped with a modern tv, easily accessible from the bed, it was very useful for us.

The hotel has a gym, equipped with treadmills and stationary bikes. It's perfect for keeping up with fitness routines. there is also a business center with computers. It is useful for anyone needing to work during their visit, it adds value.
Service

The reception staff were very attentive and efficient during check in. They provided all needed information. the concierge service was available. It helped with directions, they assisted us with several tours to see special landmarks.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. This included both hot and cold items, with many choices for everyone. fresh fruit, pastries, and a selection of cheeses were available, each one of great quality for us.

The hotel is centrally located, easy to walk to many attractions. The train station wasn't far. several restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The convenience added so much to our stay there.

large windows blackout curtains
the floor-to-ceiling windows were a great feature in the room. the blackout curtains helped to get a good night's sleep. (the location was very convenient too)
