the staff were polite at check-in. i got a complimentary room upgrade which was a nice surprise. the spa and pool facilities were clean and well-kept after checkout. there was plenty of parking.

The room i stayed in had no window and no obvious ventilation. It got very warm during the night.

check in was quick and thorough. we had booked a one-bedroom suite and it was excellent. the cleanliness was perfect. a coffee machine with pods and a selection of teas made mornings easy. the fridge was handy and maybe bottled water inside would be a great detail.

The guest lift was unfortunately out of service. This was a minor inconvenience.
