i have stayed here before and got a spacious room. the food was very tasty at both breakfast and dinner (room service). i really appreciated the cleanliness, especially the super clean room which was maintained by jade. the pool was nice, though i learned about jacuzzi water levels only after entering.
I found a lack of a decent blind. Sunlight entered at 5am. it made keeping the room dark difficult.

the breakfast selection included many choices, and the restaurant service was quick and friendly. the bar had a large selection of lagers, even though the ale selection was limited. the waiting staff were very attentive.

the hotel has excellent amenities and friendly staff. the rooms includes a bath and separate shower. i spent a relaxing day in the spa with a jacuzzi and sauna. i really liked tea selection and quiet room for peaceful relaxation.
the pool area looks somewhat dated.

I was quite disappointed when i found NO air conditioning in the room. the fan provided did little to alleviate the heat. breakfast was also a letdown. I found it greasy and largely tasteless..
