comfortable stay with great food
spacious room tasty food clean room nice pool
i have stayed here before and got a spacious room. the food was very tasty at both breakfast and dinner (room service). i really appreciated the cleanliness, especially the super clean room which was maintained by jade. the pool was nice, though i learned about jacuzzi water levels only after entering.
I found a lack of a decent blind. Sunlight entered at 5am. it made keeping the room dark difficult.

the breakfast selection included many choices, and the restaurant service was quick and friendly. the bar had a large selection of lagers, even though the ale selection was limited. the waiting staff were very attentive.

the hotel is conveniently located near cambridge. it is a short drive to the park and ride. it is also near a bus stop providing easy access to the city center. parking at the hotel is free and plentiful.

the hotel features a substantial spa. residents get free access to the spa and gym facilities. the pool area is well-kept. the gym has a good selection of equipment for a full workout.

The staff offered us advice about local attractions. Our Classic Twin room was spacious and clean. Fresh towels arrived daily. The spa treatments were excellent. Therapists created a relaxing atmosphere. The varied menu in the restaurant ensured we found meals we enjoyed and food arrived quickly.

excellent amenities friendly staff relaxing jacuzzi
the hotel has excellent amenities and friendly staff. the rooms includes a bath and separate shower. i spent a relaxing day in the spa with a jacuzzi and sauna. i really liked tea selection and quiet room for peaceful relaxation.
the pool area looks somewhat dated.

room temperature tasteless breakfast
i found the staff friendly .
I was quite disappointed when i found NO air conditioning in the room. the fan provided did little to alleviate the heat. breakfast was also a letdown. I found it greasy and largely tasteless..
