The staff was always cute and helpful. The facilities impressed me with their high standard. The beautiful bedroom had a comfortable temperature for the winter season. The beds allowed for restful sleep (I did enjoy them!).
The hotel is slightly aged. Some minor decor updates would enhance the overall appeal.

I found that the room was above the loading bay. Noisy deliveries woke me up at 6 am both mornings and went on for almost an hour (this was quite bothersome). The golf shop's service was average.

The building is a beautiful stately manor. It is nestled within a golf course. My room included lovely large robes and slippers. They added a luxurious element. The bed was massive. Breakfast was delicious. It offered efficiency and beauty.
The deposit of £200 was taken out of my account immediately. It won't go back in for a few days! The experience can be slightly inconvenient.

The room was quite disappointing. It felt dated and had a musty smell. The bathroom fixtures looked old, and there was only a simple showerhead in the bathtub. During breakfast, I noticed food scattered on the floor around the tables.

The room felt a bit tired. the taps dripped incessantly in the bathroom. It was annoying. also, the advertised restaurants were not fully operational. the kitchen was closed for refurbishment, and i was not informed beforehand.
