The luxury executive suite with a kitchenette was stocked. I found pots, pans, plates, bowls, and silverware ready for use. a two-burner stovetop, microwave, washer, and dryer added to the convenience. the large living room included a sofa bed and thick blackout curtains really darkened the room.

the location is very convenient. it is close to the tube. tower of london and tower bridge views are nearby. the hotel was very clean and quite comfortable. staff were helpful, and i felt at ease .

I booked it as it was an apartment hotel, but it lacked the basics of similar properties. It was disappointing. we booked to save a little money by doing our own breakfast, but there was no toaster. there was no knife, and only two cups were available.

Breakfasts had good options. I did not get bored. it lasted several days. there was also a possibility of ordering takeout to the room directly from the hotel restaurant. This was handy.

the staff were excellent and kind. they ensured every need was met with a smile! the staff were also attentive. they provided prompt and helpful service. the team throughout the whole day was lovely too.

The studio kitchenette was spacious. the nespresso machine in the room was convenient. I used it daily. the location near the underground station made getting around simple.

The bathroom lacked a functional ventilation system. It was windowless.

i loved the spaciousness of the suite.. the layout included a separate kitchen and a dining area, feel like a home away from home. the inclusion of a washer and dryer in the room was convenient, especially after a day of exploring. the staff was attentive, and i especially appreciated their quick response to a minor maintenance request in the bathroom.

the coffee machine in the room took a little while to figure out initially.

inconsistent housekeeping unstocked minibar

The room was not quite what I expected. I found the housekeeping inconsistent . One day, they forgot to replenish the coffee supplies. the minibar was not restocked even after I had used several items. These details lessened the overall experience (it was noticeable).
