The bathroom was gorgeous and had a nice shower. I love the mirror.
When I got to the room, it was not near what I had expected, it was a lot worse. The room seemed dull, and right outside was scaffolding, it was so loud when they worked in the morning. I should had been told before I arrived.

I requested a ground floor room for accessibility, and i was given a room close to the reception. the room was spacious and clean. the bathroom was also quite spacious. the tube station was a short walk away. It was very convenient for getting around.
