CONVENIENT AND COMPACT cabin!

easy location compact room quick security great terminal

I liked how easy it was to reach the terminal. The location is GREAT! I got through security in only fifteen minutes. The room is compact, but it HAS everything I needed. Everything WORKS.

i found the lack of ability to adjust the temperature slightly annoying. The room felt too warm.

The rooms provide a comfortable bed and a functional space THAT met my needs. Free coffee and tea are available at reception. This is a nice PERK and the staff is very friendly. Direct access exists from inside South Terminal opposite International Arrivals.

The staff was friendly and enthusiastic . They offered me a hot drink each time I walked by, I APPRECIATED this. The team responded well when the fire alarm went off. That was reassuring TO see.

The location suited my needs. It was right at the airport. This made it easy to catch an early flight. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It was really helpful for an early flight.

My cabin felt cramped. The wall curtains seemed too narrow. They also felt too short. This gave me a view of the person sharing the room when using the toilet. The lifts were out of order and I had to descend stairs with luggage. Nobody offered any assistance, it was dangerous.

The location is very convenient inside the terminal. It made access easy and quick for my early flight departure. The staff was friendly and the check-in process was efficient.

The room had no windows to the outside. The ventilation felt limited. The bed was high off the ground and required a step.

The location inside the airport was a real advantage for my early flight. I felt secure because there was no further travel required to reach the terminal. The comfortable bed and the very clean room were highlights for me.

Finding the hotel could be easier. Better signage inside the airport would help. A bath mat was missing from my room, a bit inconvenient after showering.

lack ventilation stuffy room

the lack of windows was a significant issue. There was no natural light in the room, i found this quite disorienting. i also felt the room lacked proper ventilation and fresh air. the air conditioning was not adjustable and the room felt stuffy.
