wonderful marina view

amazing viewshelpful stafffaulty socket
my room had a shared balcony with views. the views were amazing. i enjoyed breakfast, there was a good selection available. all staff were very cute , helpful and friendly.
i experienced an issue where the bedside socket was not working. this meant the bedside lamp could not be used , which was an inconvenience. i hope this will be fixed .

I found the front desk staff very helpful, offering quick assistance with check-in. The hotel provides a convenient eco cleaning system, allowing guests to skip room cleaning in exchange for a complimentary drink (it's a nice perk!). The location is superb with the nearby cinema, Asda, and McDonald's offering a variety of options for entertainment and quick meals.
I noted a lack of towel rails in the bathroom.

the room overlooked the marina , it had amazing views. breakfast offered plenty of choice , and the staff were cute and helpful.
the room was dusty and was not to have been thoroughly cleaned for some time. i could still write in the dust on the tv , i asked for surfaces to be recleaned , but it did not happen.

The room was nice and included extras, like coffee and chocolate. i really liked i had free parking. It made things much easier. the hotel's location was lovely with lots of restaurants nearby. megan was super friendly, and i liked her.
the pillows were too squishy, and i didn't like that. the dressing table area was dusty, and there were cobwebs on the balcony. i also think breakfast was awful and very expensive.

mixed feelings about the stay

ineffective air conditioningfaulty ice machine
my stay had some issues. the room's air conditioning did not work properly. this made the room uncomfortably warm throughout the night. additionally, the ice machine on my floor was out of order. it was quite inconvenient to go to another floor each time i needed ice.
