initial room mix-upexternal noisy equipment
the check-in process was a bit rough. i booked a family room side sea view, but i initially got a standard single room (it felt very small). it was resolved eventually, but it was a stressful start. also, there was some noise from outside at night (i think it was from some equipment), it made it a bit hard to sleep.

Uneven Experience with Some Clear Downsides

good varietyuncomfortable bedslack of apology
The breakfast offered a good variety of options.
The room I was assigned felt quite dated, and the bed was not comfortable AT ALL. I tried to get some tea upon arrival, but one of the cups was cracked pretty badly. The staff at the desk didn't even apologize when I reported it. There was a REALLY loud party at the venue on my second night, and I could hear the live band on the fourth floor.

Average Stay with Some Issues

good quality foodstained sinkcombined shampoo soap
Breakfast had good quality food.
The room was not cleaned well. Dust was visible. The bathroom wasn't excellent, I saw stains on the sink, and the provided shampoo and soap were combined into one product. This felt cheap.
