i booked this hotel hoping to use the pool spa i arrived at 2pm i was told it had child inflatables i returned later i was told it was full i feel this stay was mis sold

the dinner at the brasserie was acceptable. i found the food really good and breakfast offered plenty of choice.
i found the tv in the room old. it was not a smart tv, so i could not access streaming channels. the wifi was also inconsistent and unreliable.

the rooms were large and clean. staff were professional and friendly, especially at breakfast. the facilities were well kept. i especially liked the easy parking (which is always a plus) and how the hotel had numerous sitting areas to relax. the breakfast was also really good (especially the eggs!).

the room was spacious. it had nice, small details like a coffee machine (which was really helpful) and colouring pages for children. breakfast was also excellent with a good cooked selection.
i found arrival to be a bit confusing. there were no signs to direct you to the correct entrance. i asked a man for directions and he said he couldn't help.
