I found the staff very kind and helpful (reception staff are lovely!). The shuttle service to Gatwick Airport was convenient. The early check-in was a definite plus. I appreciated the comfortable bed. It ensured a good night's sleep before my flight.

The gym is accessed through the busy restaurant. The equipment was dusty. I found this inconvenient.

I found several issues. my room lacked an opening window, and it felt stuffy. the bathroom sink had dried toothpaste. I cleaned it myself. the hotel wifi frequently disconnected, a big problem
