Available rooms range from economy rooms to family rooms. Family rooms have a double bed, a single bed, and an adjoining annexe room with bunk beds. The hotel offers three accessible bedrooms for wheelchair users near the elevators on floors 1, 2, and 3. These rooms have wider doors. One has a wet room with shower seat, one has a bath with an access door & seat with hand held shower, and one has a standard bath with lower sides. In addition, 13 bedrooms have walk-in showers with a step. Rooms have amenities such as a hairdryer and tea/coffee-making facilities. Guests bringing a dog must provide bedding.

Pebble Beach Brasserie serves cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere. Fratelli Restaurant & Pizzeria is next-door to Chatsworth and offers Italian dishes and locally caught fresh fish.
