helpful staff good variety easy access excellent cleanliness

the staff was friendly and helpful, especially when i needed directions. breakfast offered a good variety and tasted fresh. the location provided easy access to the seafront and nearby attractions. the rooms cleanliness was excellent, it contributed to an enjoyable experience.

the elevator was a bit slow during peak hours, there was sometimes a short wait.

loud staff area hot breakfast room

the room was clean, however the noise was unbearable. it was next to a staff area, the fire door slammed shut often during the night. the breakfast room was too hot! staff didn't want to open windows for ventilation.
