tube stop parking facilities

The location was convenient for accessing the o2 arena. It was only one tube stop away. the hotel offered parking facilities which was beneficial (it helped a lot with my travel plans).

the bathroom needed a bit of maintenance.

Acceptable stay with issues

I found a few things disappointing. The bathroom had a smell of sewage, very unpleasant. The staff couldn't help me with parking issues either. It's a shame, because I hoped for more peace and quiet.

the staff were really friendly and helpful. check-in and check-out were easy processes. the breakfast in the morning was good with a nice variety.

The room was quite basic. the tv didn't work properly. the bin was never emptied. It was overflowing by the end of my stay.

the breakfast was good and varied. i found the staff friendly and helpful when i needed directions. the room was a good size and the facilities were clean.

the air conditioning did not work, so the room got very hot. this was made worse by traffic noise since i couldn't open a window. the bed felt a bit too soft and lumpy. i woke up with a sore back.
