The location is excellent. Two underground stations are nearby! breakfast was great with a wide array of options. the bathroom is like a palace. I wanted to bring the rain shower home, though it was impossible.

breakfast service was top notch. the room was super clean. the staff were very professional and helpful. this hotel is a building full of interesting history.

The elevator was a bit slow. I waited a few minutes on multiple occasions.

the location was ideal near trafalgar square the breakfast had a wide selection of options the croissants were flaky and warm the hotel lobby had a distinctive english feel without being overbearing

the gym downstairs had limited hours it closed earlier than i expected

fluffy towels amazing cocktails warm greeting

My room included nice toiletries and fluffy towels. The restaurant Eksedt at the Yard served AMAZING cocktails. The lovely lady at breakfast greeted me warmly each morning.

The accounting system seemed chaotic, and the bill required careful review. I had to monitor charges closely to ensure accuracy. I requested a call with the manager but it never came.

The hotel boasts heated toilet seats. This was SUCH a luxury. The location IS ideal, near many attractions and transportation. The room was impressively quiet, OH MY GOSH!
