I found the location allowed easy exploration of the city. the staff were friendly, this. the thematic bars and the restaurant offered a good selection..

the room i had was small, and also warm. the mini-fridge in my room didn't cool items, not good.

perfect stay at this hotel

convenient location helpful staff smart toilet luxurious bedding

i stayed for several nights and the location was very convenient i could easily walk to nearby attractions like trafalgar square the front desk staff were always ready to assist with directions or recommendations the room had a smart toilet with a heated seat a nice touch the bed with luxurious bedding ensured restful sleep

i noticed that the mini-fridge in my room did not seem to cool effectively it was a minor inconvenience though the team was informed

The location is excellent. Two underground stations are nearby! breakfast was great with a wide array of options. the bathroom is like a palace. I wanted to bring the rain shower home, though it was impossible.

breakfast service was top notch. the room was super clean. the staff were very professional and helpful. this hotel is a building full of interesting history.

The elevator was a bit slow. I waited a few minutes on multiple occasions.

the gym downstairs had limited hours it closed earlier than i expected

fluffy towels amazing cocktails warm greeting

My room included nice toiletries and fluffy towels. The restaurant Eksedt at the Yard served AMAZING cocktails. The lovely lady at breakfast greeted me warmly each morning.

The accounting system seemed chaotic, and the bill required careful review. I had to monitor charges closely to ensure accuracy. I requested a call with the manager but it never came.

The hotel boasts heated toilet seats. This was SUCH a luxury. The location IS ideal, near many attractions and transportation. The room was impressively quiet, OH MY GOSH!
