helpful staff clean rooms convenient location thin walls early noise
The staff at the reception desk was good. They were helpful with directions and information. The rooms were very clean and well kept (I especially liked the blackout curtains). The location is convenient to a nearby underground station.
I wasn't informed of this before my arrival. The noise from diggers woke me up early each morning. I also found the walls to be quite thin. I could hear my neighbors.

amazing accessible room!

the hotel was gorgeous and very comfy!!! there's a downstairs area available. i could work if i did not want to be in my room. the room i stayed in was fully equipped for wheelchair users, there were no barriers. i was REALLY impressed by the level of detail. the location is right outside a tube station!!!
the restaurant did not have enough options available. i wish there were more choices offered. i hope they add a few more soon.

convenient stay near aldgate east station
tube station modern design accommodating staff
the location was very close to the tube station it was only opposite the street. the room featured a modern design and felt well equipped. the staff was friendly and accommodated requests to the best of their ability i appreciated that.
doors were thin you could hear everything including conversations of people in the hallways. closing doors nearby sounded loud i thought someone was opening my room. i found that inconvenient.

The hotel is close to the train station, which I found very convenient. I appreciated many nearby restaurants. The breakfast was varied. I enjoyed the selection of food and snacks.
The doors to the rooms are thin, I could hear conversations in the hallways.

short walk really good gym thin doors missing adapter
the location worked really well. it was just a short walk to the underground station. the breakfast was AMAZING!!! i also found the gym in the basement to be really good.
The doors seemed thin. i heard conversations of people in the hallways. i found it disappointing adapters are not provided. I had to buy one.
