Fantastic Stay Near Buckingham Palace

excellent location professional staff comfortable bed

I found the location superb. The staff was friendly and professional. They helped ensure a nice anniversary. I particularly enjoyed the room, with its very comfortable bed and excellent shower.

The room I booked was fairly small. The view from the window was just another building wall.

The in-room dining was not good. The taste was not excellent. the quality was also sub-par, and the variety was limited. i did not find it up to standard.

one drinking glass constant request

I stayed in this place for several nights. the housekeeping really let me down!! i kept having to go downstairs to ask for things. It was annoying. we booked for two people, but i kept getting one bottle of water. one drinking glass and one milk. It was ridiculous
