the location was very good and within easy reach of transport links. it was acceptable.

The room was quite disappointing. the cleanliness was not up to standard . I found dust and hairs in several places. also , the staff at reception seemed uninterested both during check-in and check-out. i did not feel valued as a guest.

The breakfast buffet was lovely! it offered many choices, and i always left feeling satisfied. the hotel's location was also great. It was very close to transportation. it was easy to reach the downtown area by walking.

The cleanliness was subpar. I expected a higher standard for the price i paid. cleaning staff often cleaned poorly. They forgot to change sheets at times. i found this disappointing.

The location near the central station proved convenient for travel. The electric curtain openers in the room were a NICE addition. The hotel's fragrance created a cute atmosphere, it smelled great. I found the staff to be excellent and always ready to help.

The room felt a little cold and draughty. I think they need to spend a bit of money on hotel rooms.

The gym includes treadmills and stationary bikes for guest use. A spa is available (i used the sauna). a swimming pool that provides a relaxing experience.
