This hotel was amazing! the location made it super easy to get around, with trams and shops just steps away. i loved the modern amenities. The fourth-floor balcony room upgrade was worth it. when some loud people sat near me, staff offered me another table immediately! the bar was a nice spot for drinks.

the room was slightly smaller than expected for the price.

Staff were attentive. They even preemptively offered a new table when other guests were too loud. they were pretty good for my special needs. the hospitality was really good! i seemed like i mattered.

the room's glass door on the toilet felt odd, like a public restroom. i ordered a birthday balloon for my friend, but it was under-inflated and sad (it was hardly noticeable). the room service options were quite limited.

the hotel location was very convenient. it was easy to reach nearby restaurants and shops. the hotel staff was helpful and provided good service. the room had modern bedding, and i found it comfortable.

the room was quite small for the price i paid. the bathroom layout was unusual. twin basins were in the bedroom area. that was strange.
