The staff were friendly and available for anything needed. the breakfast was amazing. I found great bedding options. the hotel was pretty.
i arrived late in the evening. the room smelled of tobacco. it did not look clean, disappointing. closet shelves were dusty, and the floor was not cleaned properly. the room had clearly been smoked in.

The beds were comfortable and spacious. I found a great bathroom too. the hotel gave me many good bedding options. I found the staff friendly.

the breakfast was very varied and good (i liked the scrambled eggs). the staff were friendly and helpful too. the hotel provided blackout curtains, which gave a good view when open. dutch design was subtly stylish throughout the hotel.
The cleaning wasn't great. Dust was visible in the corners of the room. the hairdryer didn't work. the bathtub plug was stuck, so dirty water remained in the tub for hours. i reported it, but there wasn't a fix .
