the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. shafani and gabriella assisted us with restaurant recommendations and reservations. the complimentary breakfast was amazing with fresh eggs. the beds were comfortable.

i found the staff helpful . breakfast was a real treat with fresh omelets and various breads. the daily beverages and snacks available in the lobby reminded me of an unexpected bonus, i enjoyed the comfortable beds and the convenience of opening the windows for some fresh air.

the air conditioning in my room wasn't working ideally, it made the room a bit too cold, which wasn't very comfortable.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast had some local specialities.

The air conditioning in my room was not functional. It was very cold, especially since it was below zero outside. The mattress was also very thin, so the nights were uncomfortable. There was tape over the smoke alarm. This made me uneasy.
