patricia at guest services was amazing!!! she really helped. they decorated the room beautifully for my daughter's birthday. i really appreciated patricia's help making my daughter's stay nice.
the room was a bit small for the price i paid. i also saw some stains on the walls, and the floor cleanliness could be better. i expected better for the cost.

The advertised butler service proved disappointing. i received no pre-arrival communication, despite promises on the website. the butler primarily assisted with luggage. I expected more personalized service for the price. also, the room doorbell was excessively loud. Staff entering and exiting became irritating.

The room size was expansive. The lobby included a regal entrance. The staff displayed great attention to detail. They were professional. I also appreciated the central location. It was very convenient.
