The location is a short walk to major city attractions. The room was very quiet, and I slept well. The staff were very friendly, always ready to assist with directions.
The hotel has only one elevator, causing occasional delays during peak hours.

clean room friendly staff
the location provided easy access to the city center, yet it remained quiet. i found the reception staff consistently friendly and helpful (a very welcome experience). the room was clean, and the breakfast offered sufficient choices to start the day well.
the absence of a refrigerator in the room was inconvenient, especially for storing drinks or snacks. it would have added extra comfort to have this facility available. this is something i hope can be considered for future improvements.

the location was acceptable (near public transportation) and breakfast provided a decent variety of food.
The room was not cleaned . Rubbish was not removed and fresh towels were not provided. this lack of service made the room unpleasant. i think there should be an option for daily cleaning, even if it is on request only.
