the room was quiet, meeting my expectations. the air conditioning worked well despite the warm weather. the breakfast was diverse, and i really appreciated the variety of options available. it was AMAZING!!!
The room lacked a proper bathroom door. A significant gap existed between the door and frame. this offered little privacy. the staff did not seem happy to assist us. the iron provided was not functional. the ironing board was noticeably dirty.

the staff were friendly and helpful .
i found a few issues that detracted from the experience. the door to my room buzzed annoyingly at night i needed assistance to resolve the tv was not initially connected and required multiple requests to fix. while these were small details they impacted my overall satisfaction

The hotel provided a very pleasant stay. I stayed in a junior suitewith ample space and was very clean. The bathroom had a modern design. it was super clean. This impressed me. The staff was helpful and stored my bags after checkout since I had a late flight..
I noticed some minor issues . There was noise from other rooms, like flushing toilets and conversations. The hotel needs better insulation between rooms. It really is necessary to wear earplugs.
