location was acceptable for accessing transport links.
the coffee machine was not working, causing a long queue during breakfast. i also found there to be very limited tv channels available. the shower cubicle in my room had black mould in places, i would expect this to be adressed.

the location is very close to central station it made my travel easy. the reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the room was clean and quiet ensuring a restful night. i appreciated the self-serve shop which was well stocked and available 24 hours

bathroom cleanlinesscarpet stains
the bathroom cleanliness was not great. the cups in the bathroom looked like previous guests used them and no one washed them. also, the lobby carpet on the 3rd floor had stains. that don't look good.
