pretty nice stay
cute staff peaceful atmosphere great location disappointing food poor food choice half board
the staff were all nice and cute, so i felt right at home. their kindness. the hotel is beautiful and very clean with a peaceful atmosphere. it also has a great location.
i think the food for breakfast and dinner was disappointing, i stayed at other hotels and their food is better. the choice on offer was much better too. i paid for half board but decided to eat out for dinner.

Very nice Stay! Highly Recommend!!!
spacious room comfortable room varied food
The complex is HUGE and beautifully maintained. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. They include flat screens in both the lounge and bedroom. There are loads of amenities and activities available at the resort. I found the breakfast AMAZING!!! You can't go hungry. The hotel caters to everybody with options for vegetarians and steaks. I loved the dessert buffet. It was out of this world!
The parking is located on the street and spaces are tight. It was sometimes difficult to find a spot. This was a minor inconvenience, but it's worth noting .

The restaurant staff provided excellent service during meals, and they were attentive to our needs. I want to highlight that the reception staff was always friendly and helpful, and they responded quickly to requests. The spa team was also very dedicated, offering superb relaxation massages.

The hotel is situated in a fine location with palm trees and clear blue skies. It is also close to many attractions. I also appreciated the proximity to one of the best beaches I have ever seen. It's just a short, ten-minute walk away.

Fantastic Family Hotel

The hotel grounds are beautiful (lots of palm trees). There are multiple pools, including one with a swim-up bar. I found the evening entertainment enjoyable. The shows are definitely fun for the whole family.
I noticed children under 16 in the gym, although the rules stated otherwise. The staff did not seem to address the issue. This made the gym noisy and potentially unsafe.
