The rooftop staff was great. Alexandra Hierra was professional, attentive, and polite. Andrea Gomez was also very pleasant and friendly.
This hotel was a letdown. I had to pay extra for towels, a kettle, an iron, and a safe, ridiculous (certainly not what I expect). I got a miniature ironing board. The only place to use it was on the bed. The pool situation was crazy since there were too few loungers.
