Comfortable Stay

The breakfast offered a diverse selection of fresh fruits. The bus stop outside gave convenient access to Palma city center. I appreciated the short walk to the nice beach. The pool area behind the hotel was also very fine.
The reception staff were abrupt. I had to learn about the facilities from other guests. I was not asked if I enjoyed my stay during check out.

The room had a balcony offering partial sea views. There was a glass wall dividing the space. A safe and refrigerator were available without extra charge, convenient.

Multiple pools were on the premises, ensuring there was space. Towels were provided ' use. There was tennis and mini-golf available. The hotel featured a spa with a hammam, jacuzzi, and two saunas.

The breakfast staff maintained service. Cleaning happened daily with fresh towels supplied for both beach and bathroom use. The staff overall was helpful. It was also very nice that the staff gave new towels every day.

The hotel provided quiet, residential placement. A bus stop in front allows easy trips to Palma. Several restaurants and basic shops are nearby, so that was convenient. A beach is within a 10 minute walk.
