i found the staff very friendly and helpful upon arrival. antonio, alejandro, and carlos stood out for their excellent service. the room was super clean and cozy, adequate for my needs (especially with the good air conditioning). the pool was also immaculate.
I found the music played very loud starting early. the guests were very loud in the hallway at night. the sofa bed was also horrible. It was very uncomfortable with a thin mattress.

i found the rules to be strict. one of the lifeguards was very strict and i felt that he shouted aggressively at us.

Staff members were friendly and helpful . enrique was great. He sorted our room quickly when it wasn't initially ready upon our arrival. the cleaning staff were also friendly and did a great job.
