the location is just lovely. the outdoor pool has a good size and a separated paddle section is available. the staff are really friendly throughout the hotel. i liked that the front desk are very helpful too.
i booked a room with a sea view, but were given a apartment on the first floor. the sea was barely visible. i notice the smell of cigarette smoke inside the room often. also the fire alarm goes of non stop.

The hotel offered a gym facility for guest use. Evening entertainment for children was available. My kids enjoyed it. The reception service was awesome.
The air conditioner was broken upon arrival. Fixing it took more than a day. I had to complain twice. That was the only inconvenience.

i found the location fantastic. i liked the beachfront access and restaurants nearby. it was easy to get a taxi. the outdoor pool seemed good and had a separated paddle section.
the room i had didn't have much natural light.

i saw a good sized outdoor pool. the pool bar had a great view. the hotel is right on the beachfront and features bus connections very close to the premises.

the location was amazing i thought. it is right on the beach and near restaurants. the hotel is ten minutes from the airport and thirty minutes from palma by car.
