hotel location short walk bar staff alcoholic drinks
The hotel location was pretty convenient. It was a short walk to the beach. The multiple pools were a nice feature and gave guests options.
The bar staff seemed impolite, and there was a limit on the number of alcoholic drinks included with the all-inclusive package. This regulation wasn't made clear when I booked.

the room was clean. it had everything i needed for my stay. the staff members were friendly and helpful ..
there were no refrigerators in the rooms. i found this inconvenient. the all-inclusive package included only three light drinks per person during lunch and dinner

I found the staff lovely and very helpful. The buffet had a good variety of food and it was nice. I enjoyed that many pools catered to numerous guests. It felt convenient. I found it nice that shops are nearby for snacks, water, or gifts.
The air conditioning was somewhat inconsistent, making the room occasionally uncomfortable.

ineffective air conditioning unclean room
the buffet food variety was acceptable.
the room i was assigned was not properly cleaned there were hairs in the bathroom and dust on the furniture air conditioning was not effective it barely cooled the room even at the lowest setting resulting in an uncomfortable sleep.

the room was very clean with daily cleaning service. the breakfast buffet was really good with a great variety of choices.
i noticed that there was no machine available to change notes into smaller euro denominations for the games room.
